Blackwell’s was approached by Alpha early this year and questioned us on were we happy with our current security and monitoring provider .
The first meeting we had with Alpha and what they had to offer really surprised me , which included daily activity reports open forms of communication which our provider at the time was not providing to a very high level which was of concern and also the risk we were exposing our business to was of concern and it would be only a matter of time before we would encounter a major security breach was my thinking , as our businesses are on multiple sights and especially our Sockburn sight the geographic layout is very sparse which comes with its own challenges and I could see what Alpha had to offer and this would certainly benefit our business and reduce our risk .
Also, at this time a number of major motor vehicle dealers and provider in the Christchurch region had also switched over to Alpha early this year and I thought straight away you needed to really respect their decision to do so.
So, In July we decided to sign an Service agreement with Alpha and we have never looked back the transition to Alpha was seamless. Kieran the General Manager took the time out to me us on sight and carry out walk arounds which was great and made us feel welcome and part of their team and business which was very beneficial to all this all this really made the transition so seamless they were very professional at all times and the staff were welcoming.
To have an appointed Alpha Client Liaison & Quality insurance Representative this really makes a different and takeaway having to worry about the day to day Security and monitoring aspect of the business and current Christiane is doing a mighty fine job for us .
In Summary Blackwell’s are very happy with Alpha now taking care of our Security and Monitoring needs and I would strongly recommend Alpha if you were looking at changing to an alternative security and monitoring provider in the near future .
